If you wish to return/exchange an item bought online for delivery, credit notes/exchanges are granted providing the item/s is returned in its original condition within 14 days of receipt.
Please note we cannot accept returns/exchanges if they are open, damaged or stained – if they are returned in this state then they will be sent back to you. Please email us if a refund/exchange is needed:
Please send the parcel back using recorded delivery so you can track your order, we do not cover your shipping costs for the return of the item/s, and the item/s is your responsibility until it reaches us. Please email us at email@example.com for the return address to send to.
